I can now view the programmes and catch up on the iPad due to the update, but I also still can not get the now tv box to work, I also have a virgin media router, and have rebooted both the now tv box and my router, and I also still keep getting the error message that my password is incorrect.
Do you have any advice?
Alex
Are you 100% sure you're trying to connect to your SSID and also using the wireless password?
Some users can sometimes select the WPS pin in error.
If you're using the right connection details the other factor is the distance from your router. If possible try moving it around 8 inches away and then see.

reset my BT home hub2 box
Was that via a 20 second press of the reset button?
If it wasn't and you still have issues, you could try this. It will restore the hub to a BNIB state, removing ALL user made settings, but does often cure a known issue with the home hub 2.
Also, setting the DHCP lease time, via the hub settings, can help prevent the hub locking new devices out. There is also the option of opting out of BTWiFi if you don't use it as this can clog the HH2 too.
Its connecting to my wireless network
but its not connecting to my local network.
what do I do? Please help.

Hi,
What are you trying to achieve?
If you're trying to stream content to other devices, then this won't work this way.
If you find the IP address of the NOW TV box, via the box menu or via the router, type it in to a browser page, do you see a Roku Plugin Installation page?
