Hi, I have firstly checked the password and wifi network names all match, restarted both the Virgin Brodband router and the now Box, gone into the platform menu and tried network pings enabled and disabled and then done the whole thing over and again about three times. No luck. I have a new virgin Superhub

actuallly i have managed to get into the superhub settings but need some guideance now i am in as the options don't wuite match what you suggest

Hi. Can you help. I got a new black box. I can connect to my wireless network, but not my local network. To do this usually I have a username and password through my provider (net365). An error code 003 appears.

@Anonymous User unfortunately the NOW TV box doesn't support this type of wifi connection as it doesn't have a browser to enter your username and password. It's the same for most streaming boxes/sticks.
