Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the reason you've been charged is because the NOW TV services you've subscribed to have 'rolled on' automatically (as per NOW TV's Terms & Conditions). Which happens if you don't officially cancel them prior to any 'free trial', 'voucher pass' or 'monthly' subscription expiring!
After officially cancelling your subcription(s) via your 'My Account' (not via email), you will have been sent a confirmation email or emails. This being the case, provided you have not viewed any content (which the NOW TV people will thoroughly check) you should be able to get all (or a proportion) of your subscription payments returned/refunded to you by contacting a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility.
The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

Paid with my Croatian credit card (twice!), put my new British address, transaction commited, but My Account --> Bills & Payments still says I didn't have any payments on Now TV?!?
Can anybody please commit my transaction, or at least roll it back?

Was there a scratch card voucher code inside the box packing ?
If so, did you apply the voucher code to your nowtv account ?
Should there be no paper scratch card code in the box it could be due to that nowtv have changed the method of adding a voucher to your account which is now done automatically once you have registered and activated your nowtv device.
When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here does it show a redeem button next to the month sports pass ?

I cancelled my Now TV and they have took 7.99 and 9.99 out my bank today and I want it Refunded NOW because this is a joke as I haven’t used it in months so I don’t know why they are taking money.
NOT a happy customer at all.
I want a refund now as you’ve taken the money out that is to fund my 1 year old son this week.
