Live chat forum doesn't work!!!

I can't talk to anybody on live chat forum - I type in my name and email as it asks me to do but then it doesn't send the message and thr person leaves the chat ! It's so frustrating!

Welcome to the forum. If you haven't already try a different browser and/or device, eg try on your phone/tablet instead of PC or vice versa (adblocking plugins and JavaScript disabled can also cause problems). Alternately you could use the send a message option instead of live chat.
