If that doesn't help, you can buy a replacement remote from the Sky Store. The link is here

although it's probably easier and not much more expensive just to buy a new box/stick.
Also if you have an Android or Apple phone/tablet you could download the official Roku app from the relevant App Store and use that to control your NOW TV box via wifi (either as a replacement for your remote or while you are waiting for a new one). Or if you have an iPhone, the NOW TV app on that has a built-in remote control for the box.
