I was intending in getting my mum a box with entertainment pass for Xmas. Is there a straightforward way to get the vouchers still?

Welcome to the community.

If you are referring to the vouchers for referring a friend then yes, you can do this by entering your mum's email address into the referral area in your My Account page (you need to choose movies or entertainment). Please note your mum will need to be a new customer to do this. It will generate an email to your mum so you might want to wait until after she's unwrapped it to do this if you want it to be a surprise (but she will need to wait until she gets the email before setting an account up!)

As mentioned you can buy vouchers for entertainment passes now, but if you are buying a box as well you would be better off getting a NOW TV Box with entertainment bundle (box plus 3 months entertainment for £19.99) either direct from NOW TV or from retailers (Argos, supermarkets, Currys etc)

I am a NOW TV customer on the Movies Month Pass and you have an offer to Invite friends to join NOW TV and both will get a £10 high street voucher if the friend signs up and makes their first payment, So If the friend signs up and then I wish to cancel my NOW TV in a few days time will we still each get a £10 high street voucher. You’ll receive your reward once your friend has successfully signed up and paid a minimum of one month’s subscription, so you should be fine.

I did this invite a friend thing in May but neither myself or my friend have received any vouchers, they paid a few months of the entertainment pass.

I also notice that my account no longer says I have invited someone, it did for a whike

Any advice please.

I also invited a friend at the start of the year, and neither of us has at any vouchers.

Dashboard on my account says "No successful referrals yet".

We assumes it was because he purchased his box from the high street.

If you refer a friend for example to sign up for Entertainment Pass, as soon as your friend pays the first payment, both of you will receive an email saying that your voucher is on its way. This message comes up when no one has actually used this link to take the offer 😞
