I had an electrician turn off my power to do my landlords annual checks on the sockets and now my now tv smart box will not go past the wireless connection stage, the box has the password saved, I have reentered this for peace of mind yet it still won’t get past the local network phase, I know it’s not my WiFi as I’m using it now. I don’t know how to reset the box, thank you, please help!!!
Welcome to the forum. I'd start off by rebooting your broadband router (even though it's working on other devices) and then try connecting again. If that doesn't work try the steps in this help article first
