The NowTV service has a device Limit of 4 and a streaming to devices limit of 2 at the same time...
This 2 devices means any 2 of those 4 including the PC you can play content on.
If you want Dual TVs running seperate films on NowTV. that requires a second box/device.
If you want a HDTV in the other room to display the same film for the cheapest way, that requires a HDMI splitter and a long second HDMI cable... To send the IR remote signals to another room requires a IR reciever and IR blaster set up...
All these extra things can be purchased from electronics retailers...
Its just cheaper to get another cloned Ruko NowTV box.. for £9.99 others allready got 3 boxes... but can only watch nowTV on 2 at the same time..

While we wait for some staff input;), have you tried putting box #2 where box #1 is?
(turning off box one before trying box 2)

On the second box, do the roku channel apps work?
Are you 100% sure the details you're inputting on to the second box are the same as the first box?

Hi Xxx55,
We're very sorry to hear about this continued problem with your 2nd NOW TV Box.
Very strange that this has continued to persist even with a replacement box.
If you haven't tried it already, it may be worth taking a visit to Live Chat to have your registered devices completely reset. Following this you could try logging into the affected box first to see if there's any change.
Let us know how you get on 🙂
Kindest
Steve

Hi Daz-S again thank you for sticking with this J All I know with all of the
2nd Now TV boxes I have is that I cannot log in. As I cannot log in I have
no way of knowing if anything works once I get there. Am I missing something
here..can you use those Roku channels on the Now TV box without logging on??
As for the making sure about user name and password again thankyou and easy
mistake to make, however on this occasion I am sure I have them right.
Best wishes.
It's no problem at all:).
I'm sure you can go to the other menus on the box without being logged in as they are separate.
Follow Steve's advice and contact them via live chat. I hope they can find a solution.
(if all else fails, I'd be tempted to look at your router to make sure this isn't causing this).
