Thanks for your post and for purchasing a NOW TV box! On a desktop device, like a Laptop or PC, sign into your account. From there go to 'My Account.' Half way down the page there will be a 'My Passes' section. You will have the option to either cancel a pass or apply a voucher for either movies or entertainment.

Tjay4 I've bought another box for my daughters bedroom we've tried to set it up with the box we've had a free month pass for the movies we tried to register the pass but it's come up with the error code : 603 ease could you sort the problem out please

Thanks for getting in contact.
This error code means you have used the maximum number of device changes for this 30 day period and will need to wait for it to reset to use the next box. This is something that has been imposed by Sky for the time being, that we have to work with.

I started with a roku LT box when I wanted to use a second tv in the bedroom I found that it was cheaper to buy a now TV box for the bedroom.
Can you buy a second box for another second tv but link it to your one account!

Yes indeed you can have more than 1 NOW TV Box linked to a NOW TV Account.
The NOW TV Box does count as a device.
