Are you using a Smart TV with the native inbuilt NowTV App or an external device hooked up to the television such has a NowTV box.
Normally to sign into NowTV you need to open the NowTV App and navigate to My Account section on the App where it should give you the option to sign in or out.
Or are you having trouble signing into the NowTV App because it doesn't recognise your account details and if so is there any error code or message on your television screen ?
