Hayu for tv box and package customers

Hayu has now shown as an option on my Now TV box for over a month. It’s suggested content in all burger menus.

The Call Centre aren’t allowed to speak to non ‘broadband only’ customers and the Live Chat are unable to give a date when broadband/set top box customers will be able to purchase and access the Hayu content.

Does anyone have a date for when broadband/set top box customers will be able to access this content?

It’s really shocking that customers are being treated with such disregard and contempt - to be shown and advertised content that they are unable to access.

It’s also pretty shocking that you can’t get through to anyone to discuss this issue and are rerouted to the Live Chat when you call the centre.

Why hasn’t their been a communication released to customers? Does anyone have any answers to this?
