Error message!!

When i try and do a payment for the now tv, (movies, and entertainment i have tried) i am getting the error message 1014! Although the billing address is correct, the bank is not blocking the 10p pre authorisation! And the security code is correct! I have tried different browsers, different devices, i have tried signing up with two different cards, i have deleted the cache/cookies etc. and still nothing is working!! Someone help!!

please help i have double and triple checked everything to do with my bank details and address, i am extremely frustrated as i cannot get your sign up form to accept my card, i have tried multiple different devices, different web browers and still getting an error message!!!

 

i have no idea how to get around this problem and im obviously not the only one!

 

if i can sign up over the phone i am happy to but as you do not have a contact number i guess this isnt an option!!

 

someone please help me asap

@Anonymous User do you have credit on the card and have you used it online elsewhere before?
