Error code 100

The light on my box keeps flashing then my nowtv stops working. I keep getting error code 100. I've read the comments about updating my box and resetting it. I've done all those things and its still doing it. Could anyone help me out? I'm close to cancelling it and going back to Netflix

Welcome to the forum. One possibility is the box is struggling to maintain the wifi connection. Try rebooting your wifi router which should force it to choose the best wifi channel for your environment, but you might also want to make sure your NOW TV box is in a better position , eg as much open space around it, not behind the TV or on a crowded shelf, away from other equipment etc. Sometimes small changes in the position can make a big difference.

Just to add to Andy's list of do's, you must insure that air is freely flowing around your Now TV box.

 

You see, people either tend not to know or do not remember that all electrical devices need a flow of air to dissipate heat and work properly.
