For information:
Received a new BT Hub but Now box would not connect to the new wifi (error code 014).
After lots of trial and error, including a factory reset of the Now box (which didn't help) the solution was to power the Now box off for 30 seconds and start again. It then worked perfectly. If you get this error I hope this works for you too.
