We're new to Now TV bought especially to watch Sky Sports. Now have an angry other half who can't watch anything.
As above the Now TV Box is connected with an ethernet cable. I have managed to go to the Platform Screen and Disabled Pings. Then tried connecting, no luck. I have rebooted the Now TV Box, again no luck. For information, it is a Virgin Super Hub Rooter.
Can you help me get activated please?

Welcome to the forum.
Usually disabling pings will fix 013 and allow you to connect. Might be worth going back into that secret screen and making sure pings are disabled (the option should now read enable pings if you have). However if you are still having trouble, try popping onto live chat and explaining the situation, they may be able to help you further.
