Error 10021

I've had this on now and yet I'm logged out of all my other devices and made sure of it yet it's still staying it?

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

'Logging out' may not be enough. Have you tried disconnecting the power cords from all your NOW TV playback devices and re-connecting the power?
