Error 10021

Keep getting this error even though other devices have been turned off for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous, the software needs changing. The checks carried out are obviously too slow. I don't have much time in the evenings and this sort of thing is ridiculous. Sort it out or I'm leaving, don't get this issue with Amazon or Google.

Anyone else have this?

Thanks for getting in touch sorry to hear your not having the best experiance, in order to prevent this message in the future can i ask when you finish watching a tv show or movie do you then press the Home Button or the Back arrow button to get out of this. Also do you still be in the Now TV app on the devices or the home pages. Reason i ask is this is if you use the Home button then the program you were watching could still show on hte system as being watched as it was not stopped fully and could then show as using more devices. Same could go with still being in the nowtv app then tryin to watch on another device.
