Defective Smart Box

Ordered a smart box on Friday received on Tuesday and it’s dead, no output, I’m a new customer and really disappointed with the quality of the box, how can I raise a complaint?

Hi Danny

 

If your new box is DOA then why bother with a complaint, just return it for a replacement or your money back.

Does the light come on or flash on the front of the box ?

 

If light on the box flashes and you screen is blank it could be an HDMI issue, have you tried a different HDMI port or cable on your TV.

 

Out of curiosity what is the make and model number of your television set connected to the smart box ?

Replacement is on its way but it’s poor that a product doesn’t work at all straight out of the box

Yeah, it is disappointing when your brand new, out of the box, device fails to work but, you know, in these days of mass production there are bound to be times when a small percentage of items are DOA.

 

Unfortunately, this time you happen to be in that "small percentage".
