For the second time, I am getting error code 10021. I am disappointed by this, as loads of people have been reporting the error for a while and you have done nothing! I only have one device on and apparently that is the maximum. It is claimed on various pages that the maximum of simultaneous streams is 2! Not happy by this at all. Last time didn't end so well. But that is another story.
Before anyone brings the help centre up I have checked the error code on there and all I got was this, which doesn't help me at all.
You can only play on 2 devices at the same time. Choose which devices you want to use and end the third.
Hi @ciderbelly I would only bring up a help topic if I saw a relevant one. It seems that the apps are not fully realising folk have stopped watching. What were the last two devices you successfully used to watch Now?
