Welcome to the forum. If you were entitled to a free trial it should have let you have this before charging you afresh the free trial ends. If you've had a free trial in the past either on your current account or a previous account that would stop you getting it again, as would someone else in the family having a free trial using the same payment card.
If that doesn't apply to you try having a word with live chat and see if there's anything they can do for you.
