Can't sign in

I have the PS4 app and for the last few days the app wouldn't load at all, just a black screen. After deleting and reinstalling the app is loading but not recognising my username or email address, anybody else having issues? Connection seems to be fine, it's just nowtv

Hi @Anonymous User Have you had any luck with this yet? Best option would be to try and sign in to the NOW TV website and see if that works. If not try changing your password by clicking the 'Forgotten Your Password' button. Thanks.
