Broken box

My Now TV box has just cut off completely it won’t come back on there is no power to it what so ever I’ve only had it a month and a half

Welcome to the forum. Remove the power cable from the back of the box and then connect again and check for any flashing white light at the front of the box. If you don't see any light, push a pin into the reset hole and hold it in for 20 seconds. If you still don't see a flashing white light on the box then it sounds like the PSU is dead and you will need to return it for repair or replacement under warranty to the shop you bought it from.

Thank u for letting me know all the info I got it direct from Now TV but
found out it’s my wall plug that’s not working as got a shock off of it so
have called to rebook repair will check box today but it turned last night
through about socket so thank u as This is good info for future reference.
