Welcome to the forum. Remove the power cable from the back of the box and then connect again and check for any flashing white light at the front of the box. If you don't see any light, push a pin into the reset hole and hold it in for 20 seconds. If you still don't see a flashing white light on the box then it sounds like the PSU is dead and you will need to return it for repair or replacement under warranty to the shop you bought it from.
