Broadband not working

My broadband connection is not working - i’ve trued all the troubleshooting options, but it’s still not fixed. Nobody else in the area seems to be experiencing any connection problems. I can’t seem to contact NowTV via online chat, and there’s no number to call Customer Service. Advice for solutions would be appreciated..

I am guessing your have tried pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the nowtv hub router ?

 

When you go to My Account > Check Service Status on here, what does it say about your broadband line ?

 

There should be a telephone helpline number, if you go to My Account > My Package (under moving home) ask them to transfer you to the relevant broadband dept.
