BBC IPLAYER problems

I have a black Roku box and I can no longer watch BBC IPlayer. It takes ages to download then freezes and states something has gone wing with the programme. Any ideas as to why ?

Welcome to the forum. Have you tried deleting the app by finding the app in the My Apps section on the homescreen, and instead of pressing OK on the remote to open it, press the * key and choose remove app.

 

Then remove the power from the box for a few seconds, reconnect back up and add the app again from the App Store.
