I went away for a few days and when I came back my now tv box had updated and now I cant get any sound on my movies or entertainment. I can get sound on all my apps but nothing else. Could someone please help me resolve this
This is a bit of a long shot, but what happens if you go into your NowTV Box settings and under Audio try the Stereo mode setting first to see if any sound plays on your NowTV Passes.
