If it was me i would check all your NowTV devices under the NowTV App (My Account section) to see what email addresses that you may have used.
Also double check all your email addresses including the junk mail folders for any NowTV correspondence which might give you a clue on what email address you used where you still have an active account which you haven't yet cancelled.
