does any body know if you have to sign out all the time before you switch the box off from the wall socket, or can you just switch off and on and already been signed in.
A factory reset is the best option as @SeeMoreDigital suggested. Reason being is that though you may of signed out of the NowTV app that wont of reset and signed you out of any other apps, for example Sky Store. Also by reseting you will reset apps such as BBCiplayer where you may of added parental pins, location info etc
