replaced now tv box with a black now i cant use it

i replaced my old white now tv box . and now cant use the black now tv box i just brought a hour a ago  as i reached my limit

@jasonvoor the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and explain your situation, they might be able to sort something out for you this month.
Visit http://help.nowtv.com/article/Managing-Devices
and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).

got it sorted now there reset my devices so i can buy another box tomorrow for the bedroom .well cool

the quickest way to sort this out would be to go to live chat. They might be able to sort coming out for you for this month.
