"Sorry, we did not recognise your login details"

Good evening,

 

For the past few weeks we have been unable to login to our NowTV account on the box/TV itself - therefore unable to make use of the Movies package.

 

Searched these forums for similar issues but none actually seemed to have a satisfactory resolution.

 

Used the forgotten password feature multiple times (and reset the box as part of that process) but keep getting the same message when signing in: "Sorry, we did not recognise your login details"

 

Correct username and password is definitely being entered.

 

Getting increasingly frustrated now as not getting what we paid for..

 

Any help much appreciated.

Can you provide your Box details please the version and software install version?

Model is 4200SK - software updated so I imagine it is the latest version.
Problem arrived with some 3 screen ad.

Let me know where to obtain software version if you need more information.

I am getting the same issue on the Roku 3 black boxes. A hard reset allows me to input username and password with success, can even verify this in System > About which shows the box is tied to my account. However upon trying to watch anything through the NOWTV app on the box it asks for username and password which it simply will not accept even though I am 100% sure it is correct.

Meant to say Software version is also version 7.0 build 9612
