You need to contact Live Chat.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

Welcome to the forum. You can't delete your account as such but you can go on live chat and ask ask NOW TV to remove your card details which renders your account inactive.

To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.

To double check, on this forum go to the my accunt ( top rigt) click my passes and make sure that you have no passes active.

 next check that you ont have mmultiple accounts by searching your email accounts for now TV

I wanted to remove my card details and cancel my account, surprisingly I been told on online chatting by Mr. Pratik that no one can delete the card details and no one can remove my personnel details from their website and this is mention in T&C. 

Now tv can only cancel passes and if someone buy anything from my account they will charge me that is why they dont have system to delete card details. 

I asked him what if I dont even want to use nowtv, he replied no matter we will still keep your details in the system. 

It is fraud, unacceptable now tv can charge my card whenever they want for any reason. 

even I emailed them with no reply, Ref: 02645502

I am going to complaint about this to ofcom. they cant keep my personnal and card details without my consent.

Yes  well done that is the correcct way to stop these agressive behaviour of fraud organisations. Holdin on someone,s financial details against his wishes cannot be lawful.  Now TV is acting dishonestly. It is absurd to charge people even after they cancelled their passes. 

I will complain every possible tr5ade standars institutions. People cant be pushed about  illegal methods of money fraudsters.    I will also give my experiences into news boatds and tell other people be carefull when dealing both Now TV and Sky . One should be ALLOWED TO CANCEL THEIR OWN ACCOUNT JUST LIKE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO OPEN ONE.

Before writing here i had a live chat and my request to delete my account will be answered within a month , and till then they can hold and use my details as they please.  This law must be changed. 

After checking the text of the law I will right also to my MP .  Laws are made to protect people not fraudsters 

Now TV  subscription is not secure because anyone who is in this organisation can easily use your details , charge you and gain access to services . This forum full of stories of being charged even after they requested to delete.  No one can  answer why this is happening. Even on this board they are in hiding and not answering  as NOW TV.   Now TV name is used by Sky TV to push second rate products into the market  which of course were the habit of Alan Sugar s companies.   Now Tv should not be allowed harass people, and behave like  cowboy traders
