Trying desperately to contact NOW tv for some insight about my problem with an invalid voucher code , and can I find the live chat links on the webpage ? ...... they are knowhere to be found , How the hell am I supposed to get a problem resolved if  I cannot have a conversation of some discription with Now tv !!!!!???????????

What do you mean that you can't make a complaint?

TV complaints you can go to live chat, by clicking "chat online".
