I recently switched to NowTV internet service. Since then I have experienced frequent problem of intermittent streaming when I watch video clips. This was never a problem with my previous internet suverice provider.
I then contacted the technical support of NowTV, the person was arrogant and helpless. she just simply say that there is no problem with their service to my house.
But I am the user and have clear experiences of using the two providers (NowTV and my previous provider).
I also noticed that the connection quality in the network page of system setup shows that the network has a "average quality", even though I am by the side of the new modem, which shows an strong signal. By reporting this I wanted ask if there is a quality issue with the new modem. But she did not want to hear my story and interrupted me before I finish my description.
I am really unhappy with the quality and service of NowTV ISP.
