I have brought my box and went online to set up box but it's not accepting the details I put in

When logged onto this forum, what do you see when your visit 'My Account' (available at the top right of every forum web page) and access 'Update Card Details'. Is all your information listed?

Yea I entered all details then at the end it said something went wrong back to home page
