Really annoyed the picture quality has gone all fuzzy and unwatchable. I have tried everything suggested. There is nothing wrong with my broadband or my TVs which are only new. The picture got worse over last few weeks. I’m not paying for this crap service so fix it or you’re cancelled.

New TV, 35+Mbps download speed, yet I have started to get fuzzy picture and buffering. I've seen that plenty of other users have the same issue, has anyone got the solution?

It is worth trying to set the box back to factory settings.
