my nowtv box isnt letting me sign in

My now tv box won't let me sign in to now TV, ive tried reseting, ive done a system reset, factory reset and still nothing. Please help

A bit of a long shot, double check that your bank card details are up to date by going to the My Account section on here.

Are you having  problems accessing any other of your playback devices (if applicable).

Are you using a Sky ID account or nowtv username or email address when attempting to sign into your nowtv box.

My bank details are all up to date, payment has been made 5 days ago. 

I can sign in on the app on my phone but not on the app on my smart TV or on the now TV box. When attempting sign in on the box it says "sorry, something went wrong. Were working on it" .

Can someone please help me!! 

My now TV will connect to the internet but won't let me sign in. It just keeps saying oops something went wrong. Please try later. 

This couldn't be nomo frustrating. And only 7 days old too. Not doing well for me keeping this service!
