I have put in 3 complaints. Heard nothing. Tried chat. Was cut off as soon as I mentioned money. Now tv have been taking £9.99-£7.99-and £3.99 from my bank for the last 10 months I haven't used any subscriptions since last Dec. I am a pensioner and never checked my account till last week, just noticed the 3 pay ments till then. So frustrated I have not heard anything back that's 5 days now. Feeling scammed.
