error codes

Error codes stopping the now TV Box. However. I have now realised bat the box works fine in living room on old Panasonic TV but it keeps erroring on the new smart JVC TV in the other room.

First things first. Can you please confirm the make an model of your NOW TV playback device?

 

Is it the NOW TV 'white' (Roku LT) box? Which looks like this: -

Is it the NOW TV 'black' (4200SK - Roku 3) box? Which looks like this: -

Is it the NOW TV 'smart' (4500SK - NOW TV) box? Which looks like this: -

And what 'error code' numbers are you seeing?

No its the black box. Mostly error code 100. But seen other error codes too
