error 14

I keep getting the error code 14 message when I try and connect to wifi.  I've tried enabling and disabling pings and that doesn't work.  I can't plug my box into my router as it's too far away.  I can't find the live chat option for love nor money as I never get a "Contact Us" option at the bottom of any of the pages.    Can anyone help?

Help please, I am trying to connect to the Internet for the 1st time on my TV and its saying Error 014, cant connect to your wirless network, ensure your password is entered correctly, but at no stage has it even asked me to enter a password? Any suggestions or help much appreciated.

i have looked at the help forums but i cannot connet my box to the wifi. it comes up with error code 014. please help as i have only bought the box today and feel dissapointed

I have followed the help link previously posted showing Press remote controle button 5 times, then 1 fast forwars etc. Even reset the box and tried again, nothing . The error code is 014.12

Router is on password entered correctly.

The box when connected to TV simply flashes on and off. The sequence is 2 quick flashes and then approx 2 non flashes, and 2 quick flashes repeated all the time, until I remove HDMI cable

Can anyone help?

Just bought a box it's connected to my phone and tablet but not my tv !!!

Thanks I have already been through all this. The lovely man at currys has offered to come and look at it now that's service for you

That's extremely kind of him, most Currys sales reps that i have come across just want your hard earned money, then they don't want to know.
