devices Issue

I have 4 devices & now I can only watch content on one.

 

I go into my account and the other 3 says "This slot is currently unavailable. You can only add one new device each calendar month"

 

I'm wondering can this be reverst as my kids are doing my head in & add at least one more to keep them happy?

@Anonymous User pop on to chat and they can look at the issue for you. They should be able to reset device slots for existing devices or where devices have been accidentally deleted.
