claim back payments

when i sub scribed to now tv ihad a6 month free voucher you have taken 5 monyhs and gave me one free month iwould like my money back please

Hi and welcome to the forum,

 

The NOW TV subscriptions run for one month at a time... In order to confirm the actual duration of your passes, here's what you need to do...

 

When you are logged onto this forum: - 

  • Click on the 'My Account' button (see the top right of every forum web page). 
  • Access 'My Passes'.
  • Refer to the 'Offer Ends' date and the 'Due On' date next for the NOW TV package you have subscribed to (ie: Entertainment, Movies, Sports)?

You should see something like this: -

I have not had now TV stick for month now TV as been billing me for different payments over the months can I claim my money back what now TV took out of my bank
