blurry pic all sky channels

A great picture until yesterday now all channels are untouchable like blurry and prepared.have checked speed which is good still and all other normal channels on you view box . It's just the now TV box not good

Same here for last 3 days, ruining European & US golf coverage.- Nobody cares - just the usual "switch off, then switch on"

Mine is exactly the same, been shocking i missed all the sunday sport!

Same here on WiFi and Wired connections to Nowtv Black and Smart boxes.

I have had Now tv for a very long tme and have neve had the problem that I have had over the past few days! every live channel ( and I have them all ) are all blurry!! I have got the Sky sports for the mth because of the football and my son who is sick cant make the matches ( Man city) Ive paid alot of money to Now tv and not happy. Ive done all the things.. wifi ok speed ok.. Iam not the only one to have this problem. please help!1

Try turning it off and on again should make it work

Must be aware surely? that this has been the standard ploy of the
electronics industry for several decades - "Switch it on and off again" -
and a favourite of stand-ups all around the world. This buys time for the
service supplier but little else. I have carried out several resets this
time - no joy of course! And presumably you will have received a badge of
honour for raising this issue within the "community"? Help desk of NO help.
