How do we make it so we have to put a password before purchasing a package? Our youngest daughter keeps purchasing packages that we don't want. She's costing us a fortune. 

Broadband and call not working

I have no broadband or calls at the moment can anyone help with this advised to go on to my account but can’t see any issues still shows my old address when I moved in April so no sure if this has anything to do with it but my bill has been paid

My internet as been down since 6am this morning been ringing all day but not been getting through to get it fixed Ive done all the checks reset it all I'm getting is 2 green lights but internet light as not come on when will this be fixed as it's bee...
