Now to box not working

I haven't had my box long and I bought it when it was on offer. It was working perfectly fine then next thing I know the box is blinking , I cannot change the channels . I reset it and it just goes to the now tv home screen and that's as far as it go...

Bought a sports pass, working on the App, but not on the box.

I bought a monthly sports pass and it works fine when we use the Now TV app on our smart TV.We also have a Now TV Black Box upstairs, which works with the entertainment pass, but not the sports pass? Any suggestions?
