Zoomed in screen

My daughter was playing around with the tv and somehow managed to make the Now TV screen zoom in so that a large part of the picture is missing from all sides of the screen. It is not an issue with the TV itself, as other hdmi inputs all work with other appliances. Is there a way to make the picture smaller so that it fits? I have tried a factory reset and that didn't change anything.

@Anonymous User strange. On the box is a pin hole. Stick a pin in it for 30 seconds. This should reset the box. Then you will need to re set up the box from fresh.
