Hi for the past two weeks I have had issues trying to watch youtube. I'm getting similar problems to everyone else has reported. My Roku/Nowtv black box is a model 4200SK.
I cannot fast forward or rewind without the box freezing up. It also has issues if I just exit. The only solution is to unplug and wait a few minutes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the youtube app. I have carried out software updates. A connection check shows I have an Internet speed of 7mbps when I'm paying for 36mbps. Please help. Thanks

Have you tried a factory reset to the device?

You could try reporting to staff via live chat with NOW to see if they are able to do anything.
