Won’t connect to the internet about 14

Won’t connect to the internet saying something about error 14 iv tried everything listed in the comments already with no luck which is weird because iv had the box about 3 months and it’s worked fine up until now

Never encountered the error 14 code personally myself but i have seen it pop up on the forum on numerous occasions, where it seems to be more common with Virgin Broadband customers than most other ISP's (though i have seen it mentioned across the board on most ISP services).

 

You could try typing "Error Code 14" in the search box on the top of the Community Forum page and plough through reading all the different replies in all the different related threads to see if any suggestions helps.

Iv had the box off for a few hours now hoping it works when I plug it back in, just don’t want to waste money buying a new one if this is a fault that can be easily fixed
