You don't get a NowTV stick or box to watch your NowTV passes on with the NowTV Broadband & Telephone packages (just the Hub Router for access to the internet).
You can purchase the NowTV TV smart box or smart stick from the NowTV website has an optional extra to your Broadband order.
If you don't own any supported NowTV playback devices, then maybe look at the NowTV stick from places like Curry's, Argos etc.
The no engineer on your Orders & Appointments section on your account purley means there is no need for an Openreach Engineer to visit your property to either install a telephone line or add a BT master socket.
