Where do I put in my 3 month entertainment pass code?

Hi everyone, I wonder if someone can help me? 
I have my black nowtv box all connected to the tv and to the wifi, I have my orange card with the code on, I have logged on to my account on the computer. But nowhere can I find where to put in the code to actually get it going. The intructions on the card and on the leaflet seem to suggest it will just be there but when I am on it just is about the entertainment package, there's no box to put my code in. On the tv it says I haven't finished setting it up - which I understand as I know I've not put in this code - but it doesn't tell me how to do it!?

Any ideas?

Thank you - though can you tell me why I need to put payment details in again? My mum got me this for an early Christmas present and already put her payment details in... I don't want her to be charged twice.
