I have been watching NOW TV on my laptop no problems. Then this evening for some reason nothing will pay? My Netflix accoutn however works fine? I have been through the whole help menu and I coudn't find an answer? I have downloaded the app.
It's clearly something very silly. I hope some kind person will help me. I'll be very grateful.
I keep getting a quick nessage that says 'Establishing for secure connection' when quick to play a video?

Sounds like a rouge IP address on your Router.
If it was me I would be inclined to switch the power off on your Router for about 30 minutes to see if that clears the error fault.
