Very Poor Support From NowTV

Dear Sir / Madam,

 

I am registering a complaint against NowTV.

 

NowTV support staff and managers have ignored this issue. Please see below.

* Unplug both your wireless router and NOW TV Box or Smart Stick.
Wait a few minutes. Then plug your router back in first, followed by your NOW TV Box or Smart Stick.
* You won’t need to set up your device again after doing this. Just head over to the main menu and try the NOW TV app again.
